Our work in corporate communications has touched all aspects of messaging; from employee communications to loss prevention. Our team has worked with notable retail brands to help maintain these organization’s standards and to help educate their associates. We’ve developed print campaigns, surveys, and associate contests to drive participation. k2forma has also introduced innovative strategies for bridging the gap between the breakroom and the boardroom.

Harris Teeter

Associate Feature Poster

For Harris Teeter, we created a series of training posters as part of their corporate communications strategy.  The posters, which featured actual Harris Teeter associates, were part of an internal communications strategy to help educate employees on core service principles.  These posters highlight and reinforce the day-to-day standards that Harris Teeter employees are expected to uphold.By incorporating actual Harris Teeter associates, these posters establish a friendly dialogue, as opposed to a corporate mandate.  The end result is a warmer and friendlier attitude, leading to more employee engagement.

Training Posters

In addition to the training posters, a more irreverent series of posters were created and distributed monthly.  This series dives deeper into the core message from the main series and communicates day-to-day actions that employees can utilize to uphold the Harris Teeter brand.

Talbots

LP & Training Posters

As part of their corporate communications strategy, these posters are distributed to Talbots stores across the nation and are intended to promote the core values of the brand to the associates and communicate the day-to-day measures that associates can take to uphold the integrity of the Talbots brand.

This is a monthly series of internal store communications posters that were distributed to employees as part of their ongoing training. The objective was to educate and inform, while staying within the energetic and fashion-forward attitude of the brand. The front layout was designed like a magazine cover and the reverse side was designed like a magazine page with multiple stories and images.
